Background

Samuel built BOLDHUMAN around one observation: most companies at decisive moments are carrying an identity that belongs to their last chapter, not their next one. His background in journalism trained him to find the tension a founder feels but rarely names. That became the foundation of a studio built around a single kind of work: designing the identity of the company a leader is about to become.

Specialization

Samuel works with CEOs at inflection points where the gap between who the company is and who it needs to become can no longer be ignored. His role is to make that gap productive. Designing the identity the leader has to grow into, then leading the work that follows. He takes the timelessness of enduring design seriously. It's a principle reflected in everything he does including his choice to drive a 21-year-old Toyota Land Cruiser.

Jonatán’s relentless drive to learn and grow has shaped a unique journey abroad, from working on a farm in Sweden and cooking in Norway to studying graphic design in Denmark and the United Kingdom. Curious by nature, he asks deep questions and searches for the true meaning behind ideas. Passionate about minimalism and clean design, he values clarity, purpose, and never wasting time.

Jonatán specialises in uncovering what makes a business unique and shaping it into a clear brand strategy with strong visual expression. He is passionate about crafting logo marks with lasting impact, and every identity he creates is designed to be both meaningful and timeless.

Lukáš discovered design early, teaching himself through online tutorials before studying digital media graphics at a high school in Poprad. He sees design as a way to leave a visible mark—something creative yet lasting. His love for timeless design extends beyond work, reflected in his passion for classic cars and his vintage BMW E34.

Lukáš specializes in blending graphic and motion design to create visual experiences that resonate and endure. His approach balances clarity with energy, ensuring each project feels alive and leaves a lasting impression. Whether shaping a logo, a dynamic animation, or a brand touchpoint, he aims to craft visuals that are both deliberate and memorable.

BOLDHUMAN™ began unexpectedly. After returning from abroad, founders Samuel and Jonatán met at a friend's stag party and discovered a shared passion for design with depth. This connection grew organically into the studio we are today.

Based in the small town of Poprad, Slovakia far from the noise of big cities, our studio culture is shaped by the mountains and nature that surround us. It’s this environment that taught us something essential: how small we really are in the grand scheme of things and yet how confidently we can stand where we are.
