RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS ONLY)

If you are a Consumer (i.e., buying outside your business activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the Goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BoldHuman s. r. o.) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., e-mail).
You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you for the Goods, including the costs of delivery (if required by mandatory consumer law), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Goods, whichever is earlier.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning the Goods
You must send back the Goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Cost of returning the Goods
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Goods, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Diminished value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods (e.g., wearing beyond a basic try-on, removing tags, staining, washing, etc.).
Notes
- This right of withdrawal applies to Consumers only.
- If you purchased as a Business Customer, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
